Our prices aren’t a secret

Starting figures for every common repair sit on the pricing page before you ever dial the phone. Few companies in this business do that – mainly because it removes their ability to decide the price once a technician is already inside your kitchen.

Licensed, insured, background-checked – no exceptions

Full insurance and a passed background check come standard with every technician, and whoever shows up at your door works directly for us, never a subcontractor.

We test before we quote

A technician diagnoses the appliance rather than guessing off the symptom you describe. The same complaint on two machines can have completely different causes, and that difference is often the gap between a cheap part and an expensive one.

One flat price, locked in up front

You sign off on a fixed number after the diagnostic and before anything gets opened up. Approve it, and the diagnostic fee folds into the labor cost. Nothing gets tacked on later.

We’ll tell you when it’s not worth fixing

Not every repair makes sense. Past half the cost of a comparable new appliance, on a unit past two-thirds of its expected lifespan, we say so plainly – even though it costs us the job. It is exactly why people call us back the next time.
